Where do I get an application form?
You may download our application form here or under the admissions menu.
You can also pick one up at our office between 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
Is there an application fee?
No.
I’m expecting! May I still send in an application form for my unborn child?
Because we need an actual birthdate of the child on the application form, we tell families to wait until after your child is born, before applying to our school.
How old does my child have to be to start the school year?
Our school year begins in September. All children would need to have turned 3 years old by Dec. 31st of that year.
I’m looking for full-time childcare for my child. Does your school offer additional childcare services?
Our school offers half-day programs for children ages 3 and 4, and a full-day program for children ages 5 and 6. We operate 10 months out of the year, from September to June. We are closed for winter holidays, spring break, statutory holidays, pro d-days and the summer months of July and August. We do not offer any additional childcare services.
I would like to visit the school before submitted my child’s application form. Do you give tours during the day?
Yes. We offer school and classroom tours by appointment only. Tours start in October and go on through May. If you’re interested in a tour, please contact the school via email, info@stcmontessori.ca and we’ll arrange a date and time for your visit.
Do you have a wait-list?
Yes. We encourage families to apply early, as applications are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. The sooner an application form is in, the better the chances of securing a spot in the classroom for your child.
